so websites are harder than I thought

Creating a website truly is an art. It takes skill, vision, passion, and a lot of other thing that, when it comes to computers, I don't necessarily have. In creating thecollegeworld.com, I must say I felt like a caveman given a pile of plastic and told to make a computer. I also happen to have a friend who is less caveman like in his knowledge and offered to do it for me for a small fee if not for free. I decided against using his help, and inch by inch my friend and co-author and I are beginning to understand how this whole thing works. It is not the greatest site in the world, but it is ours. UGGG has not so much invented a calculator, as he has discovered fire. Which is a start. Such is life.

Well... it works!!!!

Not that I had any reason to doubt that it would work, but last night my friend and I, (co-founder of thecollegeworld.com) put this classic to the test. As we walked into the gas station at 12 am the guy behind the counter seemed to know exactly what we were after when we picked up a pack of mentos. Being curious himself, we cleared the counter and prepped it as our work station. In the video, it seems that the a small pipe was used as a delivery system and a small pin which served as the release. We made due with computer paper and a business card. The result was amazing soda fun in the parking lot of a bp gas station. If you try this at home, finding the quickest delivery system of mentos to soda is the key to success.

First Blog Ever !!!

So this is my first blog ever. I hope someday that this blog will bring about world peace, stop the spread of AIDS, solve world hunger, and provide loving homes for Deaf, dumb, blind, quadriplegic, paralyzed infants. Or at least provide a little humor, insight, knowledge and sanity in this crazy world. Once again this is my first so be gentle. :)
